Big Changes!

So I know that last time I posted I mentioned a surprise coming... well now that everything has been signed, and we're past the pointing of tempting to push our luck we can officially announce that we have moved into a house and it's a house that we BOUGHT! Hooray!

This goes to show that we were more than a little excited... :)
We stumbled across this lovely little neighborhood (that happens to be less than 2 minutes away from my two brothers and my parents) and everything just amazingly worked out to the point that we now live in a house. We honestly feel so blessed! So after months and months of waiting for it to be built and completed we are all moved in! It took us all of 5  trips in our little Kia Rio and my Brothers truck to get everything moved in. It looks like a lot when all of your things are crammed into a 1 bedroom apartment, but when you put it all in a house things definitely look bare. I had Tyler take the job of moving things from Point A to Point B and I happily did all of the unpacking and organizing (I love that part!). So, per many of your requests, I have added some pictures below from both before and after the house was completed. Enjoy!

As you can tell we had MANY dates in our house while it was being built. We were here all the time. On my 21st Birthday we were here (...again) and one of the builders actually came in and saw us. He took our picture (because he had never seen anyone do this before) and now it's apparently hanging in the headquarter's office. Apparently not everyone spends all of their extra time in their uncompleted house... hmm.... ;)

Setting up his garage. He actually really loved doing this.

And yes, I'm totally taking these bottom 2 pictures while we're watching Lord of the Rings while Tyler is passed out. And I know, we have an air mattress set up instead of a couch. We're working on that. :)

So, those are all of the pictures for now of our house! It's a work in progress but we love it and are so happy! Life honestly is so good and we just feel so blessed! We have each other, great friends and family, an adorable little puppy (even when he's rowdy!) faith in Heavenly Father and now a perfect sized little house. Honestly, we are so blessed. So next time I'm complaining just throw any of the above items back in my face. That should make me stop. ;)

So today has been  flurry of snow activity... again! But we love it! Especially when it gets me out of school.... But, anyways, Tyler had a blast running around in the snow with Max after church. Not to mention, I had a blast watching and snapping some pictures. Such a perfect day! Enjoy some of these captured moments below:

(oh, and not to mention, these aren't filtered. Yes. Perfect day!)

So precious right!? Well other than our big house news, things have been pretty calm around here. I'm still going to school and working and Tyler is still loving his job. He's been learning fast and I know he loves his work environment. I just got the news that I'm going back to girls camp again this year as a leader! I'm so excited! I love being with the young women and the Girl's Camp setting is honestly so fun.

Also, as far as callings go, I don't know if I mentioned that Tyler is now one of the leaders for cub scouts. He really likes it! I'll try and get some good stories from him to post on here. I'm still a Primary teacher for the 4 years-olds on Sunday's. Honestly, they're so adorable and they are hilarious. I'll try and remember some of the things that they say to post on here. It would definitely be a good laugh.

Well I think that's about it as far as updates go for our little family for now. Thanks for taking the time to check in on us! We love you all!
