Hello again!

Hope that you all had an amazing Christmas season. Our's was great, it just went by too fast! My parents just left for a mission to Colorado, but before they left they had an in-between period where they stayed  with us for a few weeks since they rented their home before leaving. We had a great time with them here. It was almost bittersweet because it made us miss them even more when they left.

While they were here, we had a lot of fun going on double dates, eating amazing meals and sweets (Thanks Mom!) and getting some projects taken care of. We also were able to host Christmas and New Years Eve for the extended family, so it really was a blast for us.

For Christmas I got a camera so one day I corralled Max and Tyler to a nearby construction site/field and we finally made some family pictures. It has been fun learning my new camera and I can't wait to learn even more!

So while my awesome parents were in town they were great about being amazing house guests! They cooked amazing meals, helped with house projects (like setting up our dresser! See below!) and played Mexican Domino Train with us every other night. It was so much fun having them with us. Our house definitely felt lonely for a while once they left. Even little Max misses having them around.

Below are some of the pictures of our last family get together before my parents left on their mission. We had a great time playing games together and laughing before our goodbye's. We are all so proud of them and their decision to go serve as missionaries. I am a lucky girl to have such amazing parents who have always set amazing examples!

Mini Elder & Sister Gorden! So cute!

Below are some more pictures of Max. If you can't tell, we adore this pup. We're so glad to have this happy little pooch in our lives. He makes our days brighter and is definitely a part of our little family.

Thank you so much for reading and putting up with all the dog pictures! Until next time!

With Love,
